This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with three- 1 year Options for: Fixture, Lifting- Vertical Stabilizer Leading Edge NSN: 1730-01-540-3330 BA Part Number: 17G110625-1 The Basic contract is for Quantity: 1 each [includes First Article], Test Plan [1 LO], and Test Report [1 LO]. The three- 1 year Options are based on a Quantity Range of 0-1 each. A means is sought to fulfill the requirement of the Part I Functional Analysis. The Vertical Stabilizer Leading Edge Lifting fixture works in conjunction with the aerial truck mounted servicing platform. This requirement will be set-aside for 8(a) Small Business. The proposed contract action is for procurement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one 8(a) source. QPI Pro, Inc Cage Code: 6SMS8 Authority: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. The approximate solicitation release date will be 24 July 2020 with a response date of 25 August 2020.
