The Request For Quotation (RFQ) is being issued on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Satcom Direct Communications, Inc., Cage Code 3VWA4, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for C-17 Kuwait Inmarsat Aero I Voice and Flight Deck Services. Inmarsat Aero-I voice and Flight Deck Freedom 2 Data services, which include 200 total minutes of air to ground (ATG) and ground to air (GTA) satellite communications, and unlimited datalink in the Middle East region. The solicitation number is FA8526-20-Q-0002, and will be issued as an RFQ. There is no set-aside, and the associated NAICS code for this notice is 517410.
