The date specified for receipt of offers is extended for an additional three weeks. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year options for a Hoisting Unit applicable to the C-17 aircraft. This acquisition is for NSN: 1730-01-558-1817, P/N: 17G130485-1. The Hoist Axle Beam Assy-MLG is used for compressing the MLG shock strut while the A/C is "fuselage jacked." This requirement is set-aside for veteran owned service disabled small businesses (VOSDSB). The requirement includes a basic quantity of one each (includes first article and production), Test Plan (1 LO), Test Report (1 LO) and three options years each with a quantity of 1 to 3 each. All assets will be shipped FOB destination within the continental United States. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ.
