This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI. Responses to this RFI will be used to determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified 8(a) firms and to assist in developing an acquisition strategy. The government is trying to determine if this requirement can be set-aside for 8(a) firms.
