The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to procure and manufacture the C-5 Machined Aluminum Panels listed below and other requirements, but not limited to internal/external LED light kitting, choosing internal/external LED lighting, procuring best value products, and identifying possible sources that have knowledge and experience in supporting C-5 efforts: The Contractor shall procure, repair, overhaul, manage, and distribute spare parts and material for contractor managed and USG managed items to satisfy USG approved C-5M supply support requirements for the C-5M items identified. For the C-5M items, the Contractor shall manage repairs and overhauls to satisfy C-5M supply support requirements as directed by the USG. All new procurement, repair overhaul, and modification actions shall be IAW the USG approved configuration. The Contractor shall store, retain accountability of, manage, and distribute the wholesale inventory using the Contractor' inventory management processes. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the stock levels for peculiar items at designated locations. This requirement is for procuring and manufacturing services for 50 of each panel. Our procuring and manufacturing services strategy is a one-year contract that will continue through FY25. This requirement is also for internal/external LED light kitting, choosing internal/external LED lighting, procuring best value products, and identifying possible sources that have knowledge and experience in supporting C-5 efforts.
