The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to manufacture piece parts for the C-5 Super Galaxy Aft Crown Skin repair. The specific piece parts to be manufactured are listed in the USAF Parts Kit 201755902-101A (SOW Att.3). Parts Kit Drawing P/N Title 201755902 (Rev A) FS1603-FS2273 SKIN-AFT UPRLOBE The piece parts are needed to support installation of Aft Crown Skins on two C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft. The requirement is for fabrication of two full piece part kits. Parts manufacture will be IAW drawings and specifications in USAF Drawing Parts Kit 201755902-101A (SOW: Att.3). The top-level and bookform drawings are also provided for reference (SOW: Att.1, Att.2) All drawings are uploaded and available in the Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS). The attached SOW also provides the Government’s general and specific requirements as well as deliverables. The required delivery date projected is 1 Jul 2024.
