This requirement is to add additional scope in the form of adding three NSNs for repair of the Pilot/Co-Pilot Monitor, Flight Engineer Monitor and the Video Recorder on the UH-1N Helicopter for contract FA8524-17-D-0006. The additional scope will continue to be priced as firm-fixed price for the repairs of Displays NSN: 7025-01-679-4457, (PN) AVM4060N-M020001, RMC/RMSC: R4/B; NSN 7025-01-679-1505, (PN) AVM4128Q, RMC/RMSC: R4/C; and, the Digital Video, NSN 7025-01-679-6783, (PN) AVR841, RMC/RMSC: R3/R. The replacement Monitors and Digital Video are sole-source repaired by Avalex Technologies Corporation ("Avalex"), CAGE: 096Y5. This additional scope/repairs will be occur during Ordering Periods 3 and 4 of the above referenced contract. The NAICS code is 811219.
