This is a solicitation for a Full and Open Competition; and is amendment 0001 to the previous solicitation FA8524-22-Q-0005 for support of a limited competition. This requirement will be to procure repairs of the Attitude indicator in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The repairs are for the total estimated quantity of 37 each. This effort will result in a multi-year Firm Fixed Priced Requirements Contract consisting of five 12-month Ordering periods (one basic ordering period, plus 4 additional 12-month ordering periods). This part (4300-312) can be repaired commercially and is a commercial item. Multiple sources (along with their primes) have been identified with the capability and expertise to do the work. The government does not own the data and the OEM is not willing to sell the data. Lastly, It is the government's desire to award a contract that contains a Teardown Test and Evaluate (TT&E) FFP CLIN and a Repair CLIN to be negotiated (TBN) upon completiton of the evaluation (TT&E) in order to repair the asset.
