Repairs are for the total es... This soliciation is provided in support of a Limited Competition. This requirement will be to procure repairs of the Attitude Indicator in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. Repairs are for the total estimated quantity of 37 each. This effort will result in a multi-year Firm fixed priced Requirements Contract consisting of five 12-month ordering periods (one basic ordering year and 4 additional 12-month ordering periods). This part (4300-312) can be repaired commercially and is a commercial item. At least 2 souces have been identified with the capablitiy and expertise to do the work. The goverment does not own the data and the OEM is not willing to sell the data. Lastly, It is the goverment's desire to award a contract that contain a TT&E CLIN and a Repair CLIN, with the Repair CLIN to be negotiated upon completiton of the evaluation (TT&E) in order to repair the asset. Please find the solication and document as an attachment to be available to view on a need to know basis, upon a written request to the PCO (Chequitha R Davis). All other documents pertaining to this solicitation will be provided with the soliciation as a response to your written request.
