This requirement is to procure repairs of the Attitude Indicator (NSN 6610-01-527-6840; PN 4300-312) in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The required part for repair designates this requirement as a "Limited Competition." Repairs are for the Best Estimated Quantity of 37 each as follows: Ordering period 1 (Basic); BEQ 10 Ordering Period 2; BEQ 6 Ordering Period 3; BEQ 4 Ordering Period 4; BEQ 6 Ordering Period 5; BEQ 11 The delivery destination will be Robins AFB, GA; FOB Origin. Routine delivery: 90 days after receipt of funded order or repairable asset, whichever is later. Early delivery is acceptable. This effort will result in a multi-year Requirements Contract consisting of five, 12-month ordering periods. This part can be repaired commercially and is a commercial item. The government does not own the technical data or data rights required to either organically or qualify alternate repair sources when solicited. Two or more sources have been verified with the rights and/or data to manufacture this item (RMSC/RMC:1/R) A copy of the soliciation is provided as an attachment; access will be given per written request to the PCO at chequitha.davis@us.af.mil. All other attachements are provided per written request to the PCO at the email address provided on the solicitation on a need to know basis. ELECTRONIC RESPONSES ARE AUTHORIZED In accordance with FAR 13.003(f), electronic commerce method to receive proposals, modifications, and revisions is permitted and preferred. This government solicitation has been provided (sole source) to Precision Aviation Group (PAG), Inc., CAGE 1J6T6 for the Repair of the TH-1H Attitude indicator. This sole source solicitation to PAG is expected to result in a 5 year Firm Fixed Price contract containing 1 basic Ordering Period plus 4 additional Ordering Periods for a total of 5 Ordering Periods. The estimated required quantity is 37 units. PAG shall furnish all materials, support equipment, tools, test equipment and services. PAG is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or (if applicable) a contractors facility. PAG has been identified as the only repair source available for this part. PAC is a source that's not the actual manufacturer. The government does not own the technical data required to either organically or qualify alternate repair sources when solicited. PAC declined the offer of the government to sell the data. Attached is the solictation. All attachments pertaining to the solicitation will be provided on a need to know basis., per a written request to the PCO.
