The purpose of this competitive solicitation is to procure depot level repair for the Enhanced Fuel Quantity Indicator (EFQI), NSN 6680-01-621-1714; Part Number 200820701, installed on the HH-G helicopter. The EFQI (government furnished property/GFP) shall be repaired and returned to the Government in serviceable condition. The competitive solicitiation is expected to result in the award of a 5 year, Firm Fixed Priced requirements contract containing of a Basic year plus 4 additional 12-month each Option years. The repair contract will provide for "No Fault Found" and "Beyond Economical Repair." The required government repair quantity estimates are as follows: Basic Year: 7 Each; BER/TT&E 3 each Option 1: 10 Each; BER/TT&E 4 each Option 2: 10 Each: BER/TT&E 4 each Option 3: 8 Each: BER/TT&E 3 each Option 4: 7 Each: BER/TT&E 2 each The total best estimated quantity (BEQ) of repairs are 42 each, over the entire 5 year contract. A First Article Test Report will be required prior to first repair production. This is a repair for the first time competitively. The Government owns a full technical Data package (TDP) that will be provided upon request. Attached is the solicitation, all other attachments will be provided upon request.
