Synopsis FA8524-21-Q-00208 This requirement is for the depot level repair of components applicable to the Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) which is utilized on the HH-60G Helicopter program. National Stock Number (NSN) listed below: NSN Part Number Nomenclature Weapon System 5820-01-662-1038SO 282650-2 RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER HH-60G The extent of repair work required shall be determined by the initial inspection/ functional checkout and the disassembly/assembly required to return items to a serviceable condition that shall efficiently serve their intended purpose. Original design of the end item and parts thereof, or the design functional capabilities of the end item, shall not be changed, modified or altered unless such changes are authorized in writing by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). This effort will be executed as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with one basic ordering period not to exceed one year. The place of delivery is To Be Determined (TBD) and assets are due 90 days After Receipt of Purchase Order or Reparable Assets, whichever is Later. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or around 2 Dec 2020. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. This is a sole source requirement that will be purchased from Cubic Defense Applications, Inc. (CAGE 94987), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Duration of Contract Period is not to exceed one year.
