This is a non-set-aside sole-source intent to award directly to Liberty Test Equipment, Inc. (CAGE 58NM0) as authorized distributor for Spanawave Corporation. The order is DPAS-rated DO-A7 for national defense use and requires compliance with 15 CFR 700. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration.
