This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC/WNKD, 235 Byron St, Suite 19A, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1670, anticipates issuing a contract, on a sole source basis, to provide for the full Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), encompassing all aspects of system sustainment (to include engineering efforts aimed at overcoming obsolescence issues) up to and including disposal for the STEWS Program. The STEWS Program currently supports six systems listed below with the possibility of additional future requirements. The STEWS Program is required to sustain the follow QRC 81-01, QRC 84-05, ALQ-188, USM-642, GLM 10, and HARM Targeting System Test Set (HTS TS). The proposed contract action consists of a basic period of performance of twelve (12) months and 4 sequential twelve (12) month options for a total period of performance for five (5) years. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman Technical Services, CAGE: 5FVX5, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation is planned to be issued on 07 JUNE 2021 under solicitation FA8523-21-R-0034. The anticipated award date is 29 APR 2022.
