This is an acquisition for software engineering services in support of the Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Tester (JSECST) Test Program Set (TPS). The JSECST provides portable, end-to-end functional testing capability that interfaces with electronic combat systems via TPS software and Test Program Interface Hardware (TPIH) for multiple Air Force aircraft. Continued software engineering services are necessary to assist in development of the TPS, formal qualification testing, and in timely field support to result in safe and effective testing via the JSECST. The solicitation is issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). It will result in one (1) firm-fixed price definitive contract to provide engineering services for a basic period of 12 months, to include four (4) 12-month option periods.
