The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capability, and experience to meet qualification requirements for qualification and production of the AN/ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) C/J Band Antennas, NSN: 5958-01-559-3089EW, PN: 948-00537-002. Our acquisition strategy is a one-time procurement in FY25 in order to make system well to transition ownership to DLA. Historically, there has been only one manufacturer for this specific NSN. The government does not own the drawings or the data rights necessary to compete this effort. The drawings and data rights are proprietary to the one manufacturer, Meggitt-USA (Baltimore) Inc. The AN/ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) C/J Band Antennas is used with the RWR to provide crew notification of threat radar signals being used to track/target the aircraft in a hostile RF environment.
