This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates to soliciting and negotiating a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract, 5 Year contract (Basic + 4 one-year ordering period), This effort will provide strategic contract repair coverage for repair services of the Digitally Controlled Oscillators and Yttrium Iron Garnet (YIG) Band Pass and Reject Filters for the AN/ALQ-161. The Contract will include the repair of Digitally Controlled Oscillators (DCO’s) and Band Pass Filter's that are Shop Replaceable Units (SRU's) for Line Replaceable Units (LRU's) on the ALQ-161 System, which is required to support sustainment of the B-IB aircraft. This effort is expected to be sole source to Crane Electronics. REPAIR CLINS Non-Crystalized Oscillator 5955-01-172-4865 EW, BEQ: 38 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Band Pass Filter 5915-01-174-3143 EW, BEQ: 5 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Band Pass Filter 5915-01-174-3144 EW, BEQ: 16 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Band Pass Filter 5915-01-174-3145 EW, BEQ: 14 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Band Pass Filter 5915-01-195-1904 EW, BEQ: 8 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Band Pass Filter 5915-01-195-1905 EW, BEQ: 10 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Long Lead Material CLIN, BEQ: 1 LOT for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. Condemnations, BEQ: 5 EA for the first year and all remaining ordering periods. The estimated delivery schedule for repair is 45 days for DCO's and 120 Days for Band Pass Filters. Both time frames are after receipt of order (ARO) or after receipt of asset (ARA), whichever is later. The estimated delivery schedule is 15ea units per month of any combination of repairs. The quantities are based on actual demand as well as the data from the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) forecasting system. FAR Part 15 Procedures will be utilized. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from SAM.gov website only. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to: Crane Electronics, Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1) or FAR 6.302-1 Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is suggested that firms interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed.
