This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for the repair of Power Supplies on the ALR-56M, (NSNs are listed below). The proposed contract action is for repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is restricted to Keltec - Crane Aerospace & Electronics (CAGE 09062) because they have the unique data, experience, expertise, equipment and facilities to satisfy the government's requirements. This will be a five-year contract (Basic plus four Ordering Periods) contract. Amended to remove DD-254 requirement. Amended to add updated PWS. Amended to adjust delivery schedule.
