This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) 5-year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) (One-Year Ordering Periods). This is for the repair of the ALR-56M Radio Frequency Switch which consists of National Stock Number (NSN) 5985-01-512-9801EW for Part Number (P/N) 312827-102. The ALR-56M Radio Frequency Line Switches, Single Pole 7 Throw, High Speed, 5985-01-512-9801EW, currently used on the F-16 C/D and the C-130J A/C. This Radio Frequency (RF) switch assembly has a low usage rate due to its low failure rate and is manufactured in support of ALR-56M organic depot repair. ALR-56M Radio Frequency (RF) Switch for the Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ’s) Ordering Period I (149) Ordering Period II (47), Ordering Period III (46), Ordering Period IV (45), Ordering Period V (43) for (NSN) 5985-01-512-9801EW (P/N) 312827-102. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
