The Government anticipates issuing a one-time Firm Fixed Priced purchase order to accomplish a one-time buy of a non-stock listed item ALQ-172 LRU-1/Threshold Control Hybrid Assembly, NSN 5962-01-199-1033, P/N 2489902G001 in support of the ALQ-172 Countermeasures System. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Once a solicitation is issued, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, authenticity documentation and proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
