Sources Sought Synopsis Storage Facility Requirements for AFLCMC/EBWIF (TMTCG) The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities, and specifications to meet our qualification requirements to support our need for a Storage Facility. The United States Airforce seeks a 5-year lease agreement. This Lease agreement must have a basic twelve-month period, with 4 twelve-month option periods. The facility must be located locally within the middle Georgia area. The Facility requirements are as follows: Facility Requirements: Dimensions: 10 ft. x 20 ft. Climate controlled Paved access roadways Interior access only Ground floor unit (preferred) 24-7 access desired; but, 8 am to 5 pm six days/week (minimum) Gated or restricted access to the facility Facility located within 10 miles of Robins AFB
