Award will be made to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. This solicitation is for the procurement of BRU-57/B Bomb Rack Ejector to support the F16V aircraft for Foreign Military Sales customers (reference to pre-solicitation FA852021R0005). Future requirements for BRU-57/B for the United States Air Force are also contemplated. It will be a Firm-Fixed price Requirements contract under FAR 16.503 with a one year basic ordering period and four one year ordering periods. The failure of the governemnt to order the Best Estimated Quantities listed in the schedule will not entitle the contractor to an equitable adjustment.
