This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Indefinite-Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of M61A1 20mm aircraft guns (NSN: 1005-01-539-3754) as replenishment spares for the United States Air Force (USAF) and to support F-16V aircraft production and delivery for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Deliveries for FMS customers must be integrated into Lockheed Martin’s aircraft production schedule. The IDC will have a basic ordering period of one year plus nine annual options. The basic year BEQ is 100 each, with BEQs of 50 each for each of the annual options. Destination: Greenville, SC. The effective ordering period is anticipated to begin in FY21. This is a sole source requirement to General Dynamics - OTS, Inc. (GD-OTS), 326 IBM Road, Bldg. 862, Williston, VT 05495-7907, CAGE Code: 05606, Large Business. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
