The government is seeking market research to identify sources capable of providing repair, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, software support, program management, and related services for the AN/GSM-397 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) supporting the F-15 aircraft. Although the government holds Design and Document Change Authority, it lacks the proprietary technical data, software, drawings, and test procedures needed to perform the work independently. Interested parties are encouraged to identify commercial, modified commercial, nondevelopmental item, or commercial service approaches. The contractor would be required to furnish all material, support equipment, tooling, software, test equipment, engineering support, and services necessary for the effort. A list of currently forecasted items is provided, but samples are not available for evaluation.
