This requirement is for the repair of Compressor’s, National Stock Number (NSN) 4130-01-420- 3770RN, TLD P/N 1005187 and NSN: 4130-01-253-4945RN, TLD P/N 1004262, these compressors are used on the Electrical ACE-802-392 and Diesel ACE-802-392S Portable Air Conditioning and Heating Units (A/C Units). The A/C Units provide conditioned air for cooling or heating compartments for personnel, electrical components, or cargo in aircraft during ground servicing and checkout. This contract will be a five-year purchase order including a basic with four option years, It will cover a period from FY23 to FY28 to repair/test approximately 11 assets over the course of the contract. The repair contractor will return the items to serviceable condition in accordance with the Original Component Manufacture (OCM) specifications. Previous requirements were filled by FA8517-16-D-0005. These Compressors have a Repair Method Code (RMC/RMSC) of R5/R, indicating theGovernment physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to repair these parts.
