This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide strategic support of defined support equipment items. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the Follow-On Third Party Equipment Purchasing (3PEP) Scope requirement to source, acquire, and deliver a broad range of support equipment National Stock Numbers (NSNs) with an initial estimated unit price of fifty thousand dollars or less. The preponderance of the supplies to be purchased in order to support this acquisition strategy shall include, providing Electronic Data Exchange (EDE) for order management and providing quality service while assuring on-time delivery. It is anticipated that three (3) ID/IQ contracts will be awarded to three (3) 8(a) companies which represent the best value to the government in accordance with the source selection procedures established in this RFP. The Period of Performance of the contracts will be 10 years, consisting of a two year basic, with four performance incentive options of 2 years each. Technical data is available for this acquisition. Approximate issue date of the Draft RFP is 26 Oct 2020 with approximate response date of 03 Dec 2020. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP.
