The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources with expertise to repair/remanufacture multiple NSNs to ensure full compatibility with JSECST AN/USM 670/670A Subassemblies. The repair strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus four ordering periods) continuing through FY33, with projected Best Estimated Quantities of 128 per year. The effort is RMC (R3) repair directly from the actual manufacturer, and the contractor must furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services, maintaining and calibrating support equipment at their or a subcontractor’s facility. Contractor personnel handling items must possess a valid security clearance. Delivery is 120 business days After Receipt of Carcass (AROC), and the government will not reimburse participants for survey expenses.
