Small businesses that have the capability to support this effort are encouraged to contact the contractor for opprtunities. The Special Operations Forces (SOF) System Program Office (SPO) has a need to provide life cycle sustainment support for the Link 16 TacNet Tactical Radio (TTR (KOV-68)) installed on the following SOF platforms: MC-130H, EC-130J, MC-130J, CV-22 and HH-60W. The TTR is a proprietary component. Data Link Solutions (DLS), Cage Code 081U3, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This acquisition is necessary to define, assess, resolve sustainment, technical and logistical support issues associated with the TTR (KOV-68), to include repair and spares support, for the five-year period of performance of the contract.
