The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide sustainment of the Brimstone Software Suite. Potential sources must possess the ability to sustain software and/or hardware developed to support all systems that L3 Force X Inc. interacts with directly or indirectly on the AC-130J. The proposed acquisition strategy is a four year (basic plus three (3) option years) sustainment contract. The proposed services are required to provide contract engineering support for the evaluation, correction, documentation, configuration, training, testing and fielding of software deficiencies on the AC-130J Precision Strike Package (PSP) Brimstone Software suite. They will provide instrumentation, data analysis, and Software Integration Lab (SIL) support. The Brimstone Software Suite combines real-time surveillance technologies with integrated and diverse data products to create a synergistic Surveillance Information System.
