Drawings added. This acquisition is for all materials and parts necessary for the Loadmaster Crashworthy Seat Foot Rest in support of the C-130J Paratroop Bubble Door modification effort. The modification kit for the C-130J Foot Rest will include the assembly and parts associated with it. There will be a quantity of fifty-six (56) foot rests. Contract will be a "D" type Indefinite Delivery Definite Quanity contract with a 12 month delivery period from time of award. The Government has determined this to be a total small business set aside.

The Government intends to purchase and deliver a total of fifty-six (56) load master crash worthy seat foot rests in support of the HC-130J Paratroop Bubble Door. The performance of the modification will be accomplished by blue suiters at each HC-130J home location. Each Kit will include the following: Foot Rests Blade Fitting Assembly Washer Common Nylon Bolt Washer The applicable NAICS code is 336413 (Other Aircraft Part and Auxillary Equipment Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. In addition, this procurement will utilize the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation." The Government has determined that this item is not a commercial item. The Government anticipates this requirement to be a competitive small business set aside based on the RFI posted 24 Feb 22 and completed Market Research dated 1 Apr 22.
