Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Robins Air Force Base Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/WIU Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) CAUTION: This Request for Information/Sources Sought is published for Market Research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to engineer non-standard repair, overcoming obsolete out of production replacement parts, of the MC-130H Combat Talon II (CTII) ASQ-204 Control and Display System (CDS) depot test stations. The stations’ grouping comprises: HH60D Product Test System (PTS) Test Set, the HH60 Display Electronic Unit (DEU) Systems Test Set, and the HH60D/CTII Video Display Unit (VDU) Test Set fixtures. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is also uneconomical to reverse engineer the stations. The government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to repair these test stations. The ASQ-204 CDS test sets are used to operationally test and certify any component replacement or repair action of the ASQ-204 CDS. The ASQ-204 CDS consists of the following Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the ASQ-204 CDS: Honeywell Aerospace 21111 N 19th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85027 Cage: 07187 This acquisition is restricted to the following source: Honeywell (CAGE: 07187). The supplies and services are available from only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities. All potential offerors should contact the Buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. This Request for Information/Sources Sought is in accordance with the attached RFI/SS and PWS Draft. Contractor is to acknowledge both attachments when responding.
