This competitive acquisition, in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 ordering procedures for Fair Opportunity, is set-aside for Small Business to be awarded as an order under the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Multiple Award Contract for Modifications (MACM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Pool A Fixed Wing.
