The deadline to respond to the Request for Proposal is not extended as a result of this change. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation Amendment FA8509-20-R-0020-0004 21 October 20 The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to reference sections 4.19, 4.4.8, 4.5 and 4.9 onto CLIN 0003, Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) and to incorporate the revised PWS dated 19 October 2020 as seen in Section J. The Request for Proposal due date is extended from 09 October 2020 to 23 October 2020. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation Amendment FA8509-20-R-0020-0003 09 September 20 The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to extend the Request for Proposal due date from 16 September 2020 to 09 October 2020. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation Amendment FA8509-20-R-0020-0002 01 September 20 The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is reference sections 3.6.2, 3.6.3 and 3.6.5 onto CLIN 0003, Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) and to incorporate the revised PWS dated 31 August 2020 as seen in Section J. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation Amendment FA8509-20-R-0020-0001 24 August 2020 The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to add the updated clauses at FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-25 to implement paragraph (a)(1)(B) of Section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232). The deadline to respond to the Request for Proposal is not extended and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Robins AFB Special Operations Forces/Personnel & Recovery Contracting Section has a sole source requirement to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the MC-130H Air Refueling System (MCARS) installed on the Air Force (AF) Special Operational Command (SOCOM) MC-130H aircraft. CLS includes contractor depot-level repair and full depot sustainment support for MCARS-unique hardware/software components installed as part of MCARS on the MC-130H; operation of the Contractor-Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) and storage and maintenance for MCARS system components removed from MC-130H aircraft. This requirement will ensure MCARS remains sustainable for the Air Force Special Operations Command, Combat Talon II aircraft. The contract type will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursable No Fee (CRNF) with a basic period of 12 months plus one annual option period. The contract Period of Performance (PoP) is projected to be 31 December 2020 through 30 December 2021 unless the option is exercised which will extend the contract through 30 December 2022. This acquisition will not be set aside for Small Business. This requirement will be a Sole Source award to: Flight Refueling LTD DBA: Cobham Mission Systems Wimbourne Limited (CMS) Brook Road Wimborne, Dorset BH21 2BJ United Kingdom CAGE: U1918 Due to the circumstances described herein, the activity requests authority to acquire Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) listed in this document using Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
