This is a bi-national program to procure two custom elevation gearbox spares for a critical GLOBUS-X radar system located at an OCONUS site. The gearboxes are unique, system-specific replacements for aging units originally made in 1993, and must be designed and manufactured to precise technical specifications. The contract will be a single, firm-fixed-price award, and proposals exceeding $900,000 require a small business subcontracting plan. Note that funds are not presently available for this effort, so no award will be made until they are. The contractor must have an active SAM registration and meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 requirements.
