This is a mission-critical procurement for two spare azimuth gearboxes for the GLOBUS-X Band radar system to mitigate the risk of catastrophic failure. The gearboxes are unique to this system with no known compatibility with other programs. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or around 24 March 2026. Potential vendors must have a current SAM registration and be prepared to meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements applicable to DoD contracts starting 10 November 2025.
