This requirement is for the supplies and services required to sustain Contract Logistics Support (CLS) for both the Trusted Aircraft Information Program (AIP) Download Station (TADS) units as well as the integrated software package referred to as the Common Mission Debrief Program (CMDP) for the F-15 C/D/E Fleet. This acquisition is for contractor logistics support required to sustain and maintain the fielded TADS units and CMDP software. These services include the upgrades to firmware/hardware/logic/software, technical support, repairs, regression testing, configuration management, packaging, handling, storage and transportation to include shipping & receiving, cybersecurity compliance, inventory control, support equipment and travel. This effort will result in a 5 year (one basic year and (4) one-year ordering periods) Requirements contract. The estimated/projected quantities are 20 minor repairs and 10 major repairs per year, as well as a negotiated amount of system upgrades. This effort is anticipated to be awarded to Telspan Data, LLC. Telspan Data, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the owner of the proprietary data involved with the TADS/CMDP software and hardware. They have the intellectual property and resources needed to maintain, repair and upgrade TADS and CMDP required by this program.
