This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify potential sources for F-15 engineering sustainment services, not a solicitation. The work involves short-term projects, typically under 1000 hours each, under a projected five-year performance period through Fiscal Year 2022. These services have been performed sole source by Boeing (and formerly McDonnell Douglas) for approximately 25 years. The government will not reimburse expenses for participating in this voluntary survey.
