The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualifications requirements for software development, testing, sustainment and management under the F-15 Eagle Automated Information System (EAIS) Program for utilization by the United States Air Force (USAF). The application suite will facilitate system usage and effectiveness to support various weapon system platform program offices and field database users. These services include specific software/database development and network sustainment, technical support, program analyst and project management support, i.e., advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, and evaluations to assist program offices in conducting the Eagle Automated Information System (EAIS) activities. The Government is considering a projected period of performance of Aug 2023 - Jul 2028. **Please see the update concerning the projected period of performance.
