The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements necessary to complete a full rewire of the F-15E aircraft. This shall include design of electrical harnesses and circuit breaker panels, development of the TCTO, design of the engineering drawings, update of the Tech Data, and production of two (2) validation/verification re-wire kits that integrate the following modernization programs, at a minimum: ADCP II, MIDS-JTRS, EPAWSS, and APG-82. Additionally, this task requires the development of updated WIT test programs and prototype ETA. The projected period of performance for this service is FY2021-2022. Based on the requirement to integrate the above listed systems, as well as DTM-II, HSDN, OMS, and ACS Upgrade, which are in the development stage, the Government believes that this level of effort can only be accomplished by the aircraft original equipment manufacturer. Previous F-15 rewire efforts were accomplished under Eagle TALON I single-award IDIQ contract F33657-01-D-0026 Task Order RJ01 and Eagle TALON II single award IDIQ contract FA8634-17-D-2696 Task Order FA8505-19-F-0024. **SSS Amendment: Posted 06 Jan 2020.
