This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby updated to indicate this acquisition is sole sourced IAW FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.302-4. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The sole source requirement will be purchased from: GE Aviation Systems LLC (DBA: Dowty Propellers), CAGE: 93366 This is a combined solicitation/synopsis notice is in response to a United States Air Force (USAF) requirement for responsibilities, deliverables, and timeline associated with the procurement and management of spare R391 propellers to support operational readiness of the C-130J series aircraft. The requirements for depot-level repair and overhaul of the C-130J aircraft, R391 propellers, parts and selected propeller line replaceable units (LRUs) for use by United States Air Force (USAF), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and United States Navy (USN) require the procurement of propellers and spare parts will support USG C-130J fleet. The solicitation document SF1449 FA850425RB0003 and all attachments are included in this contract opportunity announcement. The SF1449 includes incorporated provisions and clauses for this acquisition and CLINs and SubCLINs.
