This requirement must be limited to brand name or equal product(s) that meet the system requirements and salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics are included in the redacted Brand Name Justification Attachment 1 (Statement of Need) contains Brand Name or Equal requirements IAW FAR 52.211-6. Potential Offerors may provide questions before the current proposal close date. Responses will be posted to this Sam.gov posting. The response date for this notice is not extended as a result of this amendment. This notice is in response to a United States Air Force (USAF) requirement for solutions to combat on-aircraft intermittent wiring issues. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice for Solicitation Number FA8504-24-Q-0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
