This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for depot-level repair and overhaul of the C-130J aircraft R391 propeller and selected propeller line replaceable units (LRUs) for use by United States Air Force (USAF), as well as provide spare R391 propellers, LRUs, and spare/replacement parts to the USAF. The projected duration of this effort includes a base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month options from Jun 2023 - Jun 2028. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and SSS questionnaire in the links below. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to the questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary only. The information provided in this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is subject to change and is not binding by the Government. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. A previous, similar effort was accomplished under the C-130J Propellers contract, FA8504-18-D-0006.
