This United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) in support of the C-130 Self Contained Navigation System (SCNS). This acquisition is for the depot level repair, engineering analyses and technical support required to maintain the operational integrity and logistics supportability of the SCNS. This requirement is sole source to: GE Aviation LLC, 3290 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512; CAGE: 35351. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract is a follow-on contract and will include a basic one year period of performance with four (4) one (1) year options. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.SAM.gov.
