The objective of this acquisition is to procure subscription and licensing services to support the C-130J mission, for a variety of agencies of the United States. Government requires the full range of subscriptions/licensing services, in order to formulate, plan, and implement integrated solutions related to navigational databases. Sustainment support to the C-130J and simulators on the following: -Navigation Database (NDB) Subscription -NDB Explorer Tool (Export-Only Feature) -Update to the Field-loadable Chute DB -Update to the Field-loadable Magnetic Variation (MagVar) Database (DB) from GE Aviation Systems (GEAS). These services include the subscription currently fielded for the Block 8.1 Retrofit for the C-130J Flight Management System (FMS) and block cycle changes.
