This effort is required for sustainment support of the NP2000 Propeller System and Electronic Propeller Control System (EPCS). This effort is to support DoD aircraft with NP2000 and EPCS operated and maintained by United States Air Force. The scope of the work shall include, but is not limited to: · Conduct engineering services to study, generate, document, test, integrate and deliver artifacts that are in-line with their Program Protection Implementation Plan. (EPCS & NP2000 SSE Services CDRL A001 PPIP) · Review and analyze Cybersecurity requirements that are in compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements set in the work-statement. · Provide risk assessment/mitigation to services, design vulnerability, supply chain compromise, cyber or advance persistent threats, in the system's life cycle. In addition the documents will be used for airworthiness and cyber compliance as artifacts for the Configuration Control Board to support the C-130H models. Those same artifacts will assure program protection for, technology, components and information as it will protect the warfighting capability throughout the lifecycle of the NP2000 and EPCS systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a fair and reasonable price in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 6.302. This requirement will be sole source to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, 1 Hamilton Road Mailstop 2-M-1-A Windsor Locks, CT 06096-1000, CAGE Code 73030, under authority 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one Responsible Source and No other Supplies or services will satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This is a one year basic contract with no options.
