The government intends to award a sole source contract to Apex Systems, LLC for the 78 ABW Communications Directorate. The effort includes business process analysis, architectural design and review, requirements gathering, custom application development, strategic planning, platform management, administrative assistance, and knowledge transfer. Detailed requirements are outlined in the attached Statement of Work, and the SF 1449 provides suggested CLINs.
