In order to attend the site visit participants shall fill out the attached "Robins AFB Access Affidavit (Revised 31 Oct 2022) - Final_AdriaReimer" pdf for each attendee and email it to marcus.bowens@us.af.mil, gaibrielle_alexis.francis.1@us.af.mil and jimmy.ezzell.1@us.af.mil. Attendees must submit the affadavit by 5 July 2025 3pm EST, If you fail to register you will not be allowed to attend the site visit. The location for the site visit will be given at time of acknowledgment of the site visit registration. We strongly recommend the contractor visit the site to determine the complexity and magnitude of the work under this requirement. Conditions that the Contracting Officer decides would have been obvious or visible to the contractor on inspection of the site will not be considered for any differing conditions of this contract.
