The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the following: to remove and replace furnishing’s as needed, to accomplish removal and installation of flooring, remove and dispose of existing carpet tile , prepare sub floor with leveling compound, Install 20 MIL commercial grade Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) 6" W x 48" and 4.5" Rubber Cove Base the project manager will choose the color and finish type of the LVP and Cove Base.
