This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA850124Q0023. This solicitation will be solicited under competitive small business set aside. This requirement as a competitive small business set aside for the contractor to purchase for a transformer for 78th CEOER; at Robins Air Force Base (AFB) Georgia. The CE personal will be responsible for installation of the transformer.
