To reserve a hotel/resort, along with amenities and extracurricular activities for the Robins AFB Chaplain Corps to provide a spiritual resiliency retreat to married couples to focus on strengthening marriages by enhancing communication, building teamwork, and strengthening conflict resolution skillsets. The amenities that are required are access to a hot tub, wagon ride by the river dinner option, and private eating area, meals and living accomodations. Contractor shall provide a facility that can provide lodging for a maximum of 24 participants (22 attendees and two facilitators) for two (2) nights. Rooms shall be provided in order to accommodate 10 couples and each facilitator. Each couple shall have their own private room which must include a king-sized bed and must include the following amenities: private bathroom, television, and internet access. This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement due to the specific amenities and location requirements.
